That could a be a lawsuit for a violation of trade dress...

A webmaster like that is probably someone who ends up hiring 6 different fly by night lawyers, goes pro se for half the lawsuit then doesn't even pay the default judgement anyway.

I doubt the other site makes any money.

it's an obvious copy but what's weird is yours still looks so much better

you'd think if someone was gonna bite your style they'd try to improve on the look of your site, but instead their site title font choice is ugly, the font colour clashes with the rest of the palette and the 'percent off' tabs on the images are boring

fail, lol. and yeah, take it as a complement. yours is still cleaner and more interesting

Lawsuits/litigation arent always about winning a judgment. Sometimes they are about applying the right amount of pressure to the right person/organization/company to bring about the change you want.

That's an affiliate site that has to answer to the companies they are promoting.
