📣 Source and screen candidates for high-volume, fast-paced NSFW roles
📝 Manage job postings and interview coordination across platforms
📊 Deliver weekly Hubstaff reports with clear productivity insights
🧠 Spot inefficiencies and proactively improve our people operations
⚙️ Propose and implement at least one HR system/process upgrade per month

What We’re Looking For:
🔍 Obsessed with detail and operational accuracy
🧠 Critical thinker who improves systems as you go
💬 Concise, clear communicator (especially written)
🛠️ Comfortable using Slack, Hubstaff, Coda, and ATS tools
⚡ Handles high-volume tasks independently, with precision
