So heres one for the books. I load a clip to POV JOE store.. says pending because its a duplicate clip but the duplicate clip ID does not exist. 3 days in a row they said they would review it and 3 days in a row same thing. So I load same clip to another store and gets active in 10 minutes.

So today I try again and support tells me to try something to resubmit and I get this

At 36:30-36:32, the clip shows or mentions personal details, such as names, ID documents, consent forms, contact information, or financial information.

The audio ends at 36:28.

Bottom line if you gonna use clips 4 sale gey ready to deal with these unimaginable idiots.

They once didnt allow a pov scene because they said my foot was a third party

are you in admin or workspace?

I ask cuz this is a perfect example of how things don't exactly translate between the old system and new

for ex, in admin you can search by filename OR clip ID

in workspace I've only been ever to search by filename

try searching in there for the file name exactly, such as pov_joe_name_of_clip (in uploaded files any spaces in the file name convert to '_') and I bet you'll find it, if it actually exists

I checked in both and filke didnt exist.

It sucks and shouldn't be this way, but a lot of times a minor change, delete the pending and resubmit as a different clip will get it through faster than trying to dance with support.

Support was absolutely ADAMANT that I was not the person briefly visible in the mirror (cameraperson) when it was me. Eventually I just deleted the clip and resubmitted it with the profile of a bigger guy (I'm a small woman) and it was approved in 15 mins.:upsidedow
