stripcash strict rules on feeds now

Quote:

According to the new policy, if a model has not streamed or appeared in API responses for 30 consecutive days, that model is considered inactive.

Aggregators are required to remove any stored content related to inactive models, including profile pages, profile information, metadata, tags, cached images, thumbnails, and any other locally stored model-related content.
lots of sites wil now have to delete content that have landing pages for models.

Oh shit do you know if CB has something like this or no?

fuzebox 05-21-2026 04:30 PM

Stripcash is introducing a lot of restrictions on affiliates and traffic sources and pulling back on media buys as well.

CaptainHowdy 05-21-2026 06:12 PM

Sounds like house cleaning to me . . .

mopek1 05-22-2026 02:57 AM

I get emails from CB asking me to remove content from a page (aggregator) from a model who no longer works for them. Even when I have no content save the username.

If you'd be looking for a solid alternative - it may be worth checking out Cam4

The site itself has its legacy, but also never ceases to add new features and care for their customer experience

And regarding the site + affiliate part - there is some cutting edge tech involved (I even know one of their programmers on a personal level).

Lots of very useful features for affiliates:

- you can integrate a feed / listing of live cam shows / filtered by a niche

- integrate the live show feeds or chat rooms / all sorts of elements to your site

- custom landers, can brand it on your own, but also create landers for specific models

- white-label options - craft your own custom theme, layout - documentation available for review on the website

if you want to go even more custom - you can set up a modified theme in a theme engine

- create your custom embed - a specific model

Now if you want to go even more geek:

- you can dive into the API, where you can play with videos, images, streams - parse the live status for models etc. - full documentation available on the website

- and if you have a volume and would want to go even more custom, including your billing - there is even a black label option

Some very solid people behind the program too.

All in all - if you want a reputable cam program that will allow you a lot of custom promotion, this is a match.

If relevant - feel free to explore the documentation on the site and sign up

For anyone interested - I can also connect you to the affiliate manager directly

CB has a zero caching policy AFAIK. You are only permitted to publish what is in the API which is live models. Anything out of that is off limits. So stripchat is good in comparison!

I believe the 30 days cache TTL rule was already there in the API documentation.

What is slightly annoying is this constant asymmetric reminders, models and bogus DMCA agents don't seem to receive any "reminders" or notifications from the stripchat folks that sending false DMCA is not allowed.
Some sponsors are actually good at it and others just don't seem to act or even understand.

There are a few other sites that will shut down a model profile if they have not streamed in x amount of time. I think Streamate was one of the other ones that does this, but I don't think they completely removed the model and all content from their site.

Trying to remember if any others do, but none come to mind. Most sites will normally just lower your ranking for inactivity.

blackmonsters 05-22-2026 12:06 PM

I thought this was always a rule to not store model content.

:2 cents:

obviously depending on the model, but yes, many models go inactive and is best to direct to the site with their appropriate content and banners...

I take it, live Iframes are still ok from cam sites?

:2 cents:

The policy quoted by OP states the opposite : you can store content of active models.

Technically it's trivial: data is stored with a timestamp. When you read from the store, if the timestamp is over 30 days you don't serve. Some databases even have a TTL to delete automatically.

It is very easy to run a cron script that would look for models that are over 30 days inactive and it will delete them automatically every time you run the cron script
SO are people doing this also with chaturbate models?

Chaturbate's policy: storing/caching not permitted.

Sysox 05-23-2026 12:42 AM

Are you deleting cb models that are inactive past 30 days?

As I said, cb has a no store policy: a model is considered inactive when she stops broadcasting. There is no 30 days rule with CB.
