I posted a while back looking to get a design deal going. I was offering 3 paysites(up to 5 pages), 15 banners, 2 FPAs, 2 HPAs...

Now I'm offering this:
5 Paysites(up to 5 pages), 20 banners per site, 2 FPAs, 2 HPAs

sorry dude, just some suggestions... redesign http://www.sinpixelstudios.com it's just nasty and the links are blended to much and close together looks like gibberish. (not intended to be mean, just a thought)

Hell, be rude, rip it apart. I don't take criticsm in a bad way. If it needs redoing I'll work on that if I think it's worth wasting time on. As of now, no one seems too interested in anything I'm offering so I don't know if it's worth messing with..

Suggestions for the site...

- Make your colors brighter, the current layout looks depressing
- You're over doing it with the photoshop effects, keep it simple, clean and professional looking (this looks like a freelance 15 y/o's site)
- Get more samples online, even if this means doing work for free for people, or the other option of creating mock sites that have no real value other than being a portfolio addition

Suggestions for your designs...

- Use more space on the browser
- Work on your colors, text readability is important
- Find a focus for your design, your paysites look like a bunch of pics thrown together, there is no real path for a surfer to follow

Take these suggestions or leave them.. they're just my :2 cents:

Some of the things you say are hard to take seriously considering I've seen other people do the same things but they get high praises..

Besides, from what I hear, my designs convert. So I think I'll stick with the current style. :thumbsup

Sometimes a designer's own site gets neglected...just like mechanics seldome have time to work on their own cars :)

Osiris...your design work is good. Just be patient....Alot of the people that hangout on GFY don't really have any money anyway and couldn't pay you what your worth anyhow. Hang in there...something will come your way :winkwink:

I was reading the thread about designers sites not too long ago. When I designed Sin Pixel Studios I wanted to make it look like I know how to use photoshop and make it not so complicated. I feel that I've accomplished what I wanted to do with it...
