Annual Adopt a Child for Christmas!

I want to announce the official kick off of the annual "Adopt a Child for Christmas Program!"

We've done this for the last 6 years with absolutely heartwarming results and I know you guys will all come through again for the children this year!

These children come from a variety of situations, none of them good?

This is the time of year to reflect back over our good fortune and share with those who need us the most, the Children, For in this world, they have no choice.....

I believe that what you give in this world comes back to you threefold, quite simply put, you get out of this life what you give...So lets all take a look inside of ourselves and see if we can't find our way to help those who still believe that this world is a good place, those who still have hope... And on Christmas morning, you can feel good knowing that somewhere in this world a child is smiling and will carry that hope because you cared...

Someday, it is the children that will run this world... It will be them who take care of us, I hope that we have taught them well... I hope than we have taught them to lend a hand to those in need, I hope that we have taught them compassion and caring for their fellow man. I hope that we have not taught them to turn a deaf ear, to be filled with resentment, fear and hate... I hope that it can never be said of any of us that we denied a child...

The children on this list are truly those in need... Granted, we could not find all of them but we can reach some. Can you imagine what a wonderful place this world would be if each person helped only one other person?

What better time to reach out to a person than at Christmas, the Season of Giving...
The program is really very simple, you choose a child, and for that child you play Santa....
None of the children on this lists will have a Christmas at all if we do not all work together and help them. There is nothing sadder than trying to explain to a child why Santa forgot to come to their house this year...So please take just a few moments and visit our site located at:

http://angelsforchristmas.com/

and please choose a child to help this year... I guarantee you, you'll be more than glad you did =)

Bless the beasts and the children
For in this world they have no voice
They have no Choice......

The site is open, Official "adoptions" will begin tomorrow morning as we are still adding children

Thanks to Pattyecake from Fetishcash and KimberlyH from OnlineMedia Productions for making this happen =)))

Everyone, have a Really Great Day!

Thanks in advance.

nothing but love =)

excellent cause you're behind jayman.. and applause to pattyecake for her efforts. This kind of giving really separates the men from the boys and shows just who the people you can count on are. Two thumbs up to both of you for the excellent work.

:thumbsup :thumbsup

JayMan and Pattecake....What a beautiful gesture and what a wonderful way to make a difference. We have so much to be grateful for and now during the holiday season it is so important to give to those who are unable to give to themselves.

NaughtyJenn 12-03-2003 10:03 PM

Nice Jayman...we've already bought presents for Toys For Tots and if I can I'll definitely look into this.

As I posted on another thread I grew up dirt poor after my parents got divorced.

My pops went from making $80K a year in '75 to virtually nothing the next year and losing the house within 2.

One Christmas was so bad my dad didn't even have presents to give us...he just started working as a driver for Lance Snack Foods *the guys that fil snack machines* and since he got a huge discount me and my siblings that year each got a box *and I'm not kidding* with snack foods in it.

I hate the thought that at this time of year there are kids who will go without at least one present...it's just not right.

You can debate the cause and effect of poverty all day long but in the end children don't have a choice but yet they are still affected.

For those who think they can't give much..hell even $10 will buy alot. Go to Wal-Mart they've got plenty of generic prepackaged gift toys for anywhere from $9.99 to $39.99.

These toys are pretty nice they have barbies, gi joes, all kinds of stuff.

Do something so a kid can have a present to unwrap..and don't forget about teens. There's toys for teens now and you can go to Best Buy and they have a drop box...pick up a cd for $9.99 and if you think a poor kid won't have a cd player then buy one and put that in there the prices of those have gotten to be much cheaper here in the last couple of years.

Once again DO SOMETHING 'tis the season of giving :)

This thread should be pinned for a couple of days.

There are still PLENTY of kids left on this list with no one's names beside them!!!

Please if you can, pick your child, and contact Pattyecake ASAP!

There isn't much time left until Christmas!!!

Trust me from experience, its much easier to get this done EARLY than it is LATER =)

Taylor - Age 14 1/2
Location: Arizona

This kid has an old computer that he can't play newer games on.

I have a friend who builds computers. I will cover the cost of the computer, but I think Taylor would like some new games for his new computer, so.. let's get some more info from you Jayman, find out what kind of games he wants and I'd like to see at least 3 people who will pledge a game to Taylor.

Hardcore J 12-05-2003 01:38 PM

Guys come on! Get in touch with pattyecake and lets get some more of these kids a christmas.

Look at this

" ***UTAH, USA - ADOPTED BY JUPZCHRIS "

I even got a family. If I can find it in my heart to do this why cant you ? Stop spending money on worthless crap like new guci shoes ( gigachris ) and lets get some of these kids some guci shoes :P

I got my self three lovely kids this year.

A 12 year old
A 6 year old
and a 2 1/2 year old

I have been in contact with the mother of this family already and i get chills all thru me anytime she reponds to me.

This program isnt like any of the others out there. Pattyecake does an awsome job at screening the familys to make sure that they really do need help and are not just asking for hand outs.

PattyeCake and Jayman came to me ( knowning I dont make mass bling bling ) and double checked with me and made sure i still wanted to do this and exlpained to me that the items i sent where the only things that these kids would be getting. I understood that from the get go and i have no gotten so much stuff for these kids already and still plane on getting more.

I'm going to crindge when i see how much all this will cost to ship.

:thumbsup
