Thats the problem people feel they dont have to follow the law because I am small and they wont come after me. It shocks me how many people use the US mail to ship porn. Its illegal to ship porn thru the US mail . One of the first things my lawyer ever told me was get a UPS account. Also you are making all that money and dont think boy honey we are on the edge lets hire a lawyer to see what we can do to protect ourselves or get a commercial space to run your business out of. People will still turn a deaf ear because they will say they were doing shitting videos ,I dont do that lol. There probably is a .5% chance of getting busted and like the lottery someone has to win.

Yes they would of been, if you look at the resent cases they all start with the postal inspector. Rob Black ,that other couple in Tx(rape videos), these people . If they all used Fedex or UPS they would flew under the wire alot longer.

As long as:

- no minors involved
- no un-willing participants
- no sales to minors

Yes there is a reason why they will go after people that use the US mails first is because there a law that says you can't ship porn with the us mail. Now for the net there is no exact law ,so its very foggy.

Read the indictments. Sending through the U.S. mail is a pileon charge and always good for a conviction, but sites are being charges with net delivery as well...

Keep in mind these people copped a plea and made a deal...

Facing 5 years X 53 counts is 250 years, I guess, so 13 months or whatever is looking good.

But you never know, if they went to court and pleaded innocent, maybe they could have beat that shit.
