I saw this interview and the first impression I had was Joe Namath was drunk during it.

Was it me or was Joe Willie nippin' at the sauce?

I heard it, and he definately sounded zonked out.

I watched it. Before he started talking I asked my friend if he was an alchy.

Yeah he definately had a glow to him, I saw the clip on TV and I instantly knew he was drinking it made me laugh lol

I was stunned by it. I would say he did appear a little lit. I don't think he would have ever done that on camera without being on a substance.
