I don't have ICQ, but your tgp maximizes the window.
I work with smaller windows, but windows XP remembers the size of the last closed window and opens new windows same size as the one last closed. No big problem, but annoying:)

Well decide if you want tables or not and uniform it more.

to split up.. needs to be one--looks like a few sites on one page.

if i wanted my browser full screen, i'd make it that way.

Again as i see so often you have made your tables set to 800 width , this means they wont fit in an 800x600 browser as you have to consider margins etc. Resize those tables to 780 so they fit in the screen without making the bottom scroll bar popup

I dont see a problem with maximizing the users window as most porn surfers wont care :) And im sure you did it with the intention of buying popup traffic.
