whoever called "Nick" from GFY yesterday about hosting please read this
Somebody called me from GFY about hosting a couple times yesterday.
The number you are calling is not my phone number. It is the phone number of a relative that I am visiting. I'm not sure how you got this number, and I didn't ask anybody to call me either (I don't even remember saying publicly I'm looking for hosting), but I ask that you do not call it again. Instead, EMAIL me. Please do not post anything in this thread with my information. My email is [email protected] I am not upset, but I do want to know how this information came into your hands. Again, please email me. Thank you. |
Which company was it? This is pathetic.

sounds like Richard the stalker is at it again

Reminds me of my personal stalker.

Whatever happened, I am just trying to figure it out.
Perhaps somebody passed my name onto somebody else and there was some miscommunication (it happens). In this case, I honestly don't know. But I do want to find out. |
mmm... didn't we have a few people on this board before that got their relatives called by weird guys?
|
bump.
So who was it? You talked to my nephew in high school and he said the guy's name calling me was "TFY" (obviously referring to "GFY") and that it was about hosting. Like I said, I just want to know how you got this phone number for me (and how you knew I was here) so I can take precautions to prevent future calls to this number. please email me, [email protected] |
Is it listed in the whois? they probably got it from there.
