Is there a way to cancel ALL RECURRING in Paypal??

Look for the original transaction.
To do that go to the history tab, you will need to know the approximate period during which you signed up.
It should say "Subscription Creation" where you signed up for a subscription, click on "Details", at the bottom of the "Details" page there is a "Cancel subscription" button. Voila :thumbsup

And if you're looking to cancel subscriptions that were paid to you, follow the same instruction :)

You could close your account, which isn't much good unless you really really want to get rid of those members. Then again, I suppose you could always sign up for another account...
