All you fat asses how can i gain weight like you?
:1orglaugh Maybe not as much as you. I'm 6'3 about 180lbs i can never break the 180 mark. All i eat is garbage, Mc D's, Pizza, junkfood, i love chicken. I think cause im only 26 i have a fast metabolism. Ok fatties gimme your secrets:1orglaugh

nah...Im only 25, and I gain weight easily. When I lived in TX, I just sat at the computer for about 10 hours a day, and the only times I'd get up, I'd go to a restaurant and eat steak. I gained about 30 lbs doing that.

Start to eat well.
Train like a motherfucker and buy weight gainer. Best solution if you don't do this and you continue to eat your garbache food it's a matter of time before you have cholesterol and that's deadly ( you might have it already ) |
Eat lots of sweets maybe? Whipped cream, candies and the like? And a six pack every night.

you are not eating enough, believe me.. i met many people saying the same thing, they think they do eat a lot, but they actually don't. i have yet to meet an exception.
eat more than what you do already and you will gain weight, simple as that. |
Quit smoking.
I'm like you i have a fast metabolism and can pretty much eat anything i want. I eat shit too and i don't do alot of exercise. I quit smoking almost 6 months ago and gained a few, probably the only way for me to gain. Also if you drink coffee you might wanna stop taking anything with stimulants like caffeine since it speeds up the metabolism. |

1. Goto a Gym supply store 2. Buy some protein weight gainer. You can get 3500 calorie shakes. 3. Work out, get huge. |

I'm in the same boat as you dude. No matter what I eat or how much of it, it doesnt do shit. I'm only 18 though so I'll probably put on weight when my metabalism slows down. Being a bit chunkier would be cool but getting fat wouldn't. There is atleast one good thing how you can just pig out on anything and never have to worry about getting fat. :2 cents:
