anyone here use 2way pagers?
 

well my nokia cell sends and receives e-mails & messages but its a PAIN IN THE ASS typing out messages on a phone.. so i was wondering if anyone here uses those 2way's and if they're worth the 350? anybody?

lots of my friend do.. im considering getting one.. but im located in canada
and they arent expensive

I've got a two way pager and LOVE IT!! Worth the cost, but I pay less than $100.00.

Nothing beats a good ol' cell phone , although I live in LA and they (literally) give them away plus you get hundreds of mins. anywhere so long distance tolls are a thing of the past.

but typing out an e-mail or text message on a cellphone is a pain in the ass http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/frown.gif takes me like 5 minutes for a sentence!

I used to use a palm7 for outgoing email, with the reply-to set to my alpha pager, and that worked great for me.
