All at once..
 

How's this sound over a week span:

A former friend I worked with who is one of the best, just retired at a young age and finds out two days later he has aggressive prostate cancer. Has it removed immediately and should be okay, hopefully, tests still to be done.
Another former co-worker who retired quite a few years back but is still healthy and fairly young died of a brain aneurysm this week.
Another co-worker who is 30 years old had enough of his doctor telling him he has bronchitis for the past 2 months. He goes to another doctor this week to find out he has 3 tumors in one lung and two in the other. He'll be dead soon I figure.
Yet another co-worker, a heavy smoker, just found out has cancer in his jaw and throat and has to go in right away to start treatment. Not to bring anybody down but it's something right out of a Johnny Prine album.
I just had to write it out to believe it.
