I see on the stats page it shows raw,unique and jph.

My question is what is jph?

also if they call the 800 # on the site how do we get credit for that?

Click through your affiliate link, then click on order by phone. This takes you to our alternate payment page with your affiliate ID displayed as a 'promotional code'. Anyone that orders by phone is required to supply that code if they came from the website.
