iBill?s Direct Integration and B2B services are also unavailable. The error responses for Direct Integration and B2B are listed below:

"Transaction processing is NORMAL and all transactional data is secure"
Thankfully I can reach my join pages directly from my sites. But my link codes dont work:

http://secure.ibill.com/cgi-win/ccar....com/ibill.htm

I get: "Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later."

Mr Dickovitch 09-05-2004 06:08 AM

Still working for me.

Calvinguy 09-05-2004 06:26 AM

I still get sales and signup pages seems to work though a bit slow

KGucci 09-05-2004 06:47 AM

Please be advised that transaction processing is NORMAL and all transactional data is secure. iBill took measures to insure that transactions would not be effected by the hurricane. This includes having backup servers in an out of state location. Please have patience as we work to get www.iBillCS.com, www.iBill.com, CMI and the Merchant Info. back online.

This error is coming from ibill, not a Mickeysoft "friendly error that tells you nothing useful," so it looks like they have some sort of firewall proxy or gateway, and the server behind the firewall isn't responding.

Ibill is 5 min form me, the storm was not that bad here, I don't think they will be down long.

Sorry for the cross post, but this is starting to piss me off. This is my previous message:
Exactly, even when iBill is saying that processing is working normally, as far as I could test, with 5 different people from states all over the map, none of us has been able to complete a transaction. Error reported is Bank is down, please try again later.
This will seriously affect my trust in iBill, more being that I'm in SoFla, and Frances was less than half what we were expecting until 2 days ago.
Any info on when this is gonna be solved and go back to normal?

Think about starting using cascading system for your sites. The issues may happen with any billing worldwide. If you don't want to lose everything, use at least 2 billings (primary and backup) and switch them when needed.

btw, Do you have any info when the Frances will be over?

Seem like never but they are saying by Moday Afternoon all but the western counties should be out of danger. I am in Central FL and we are still taking a pretty good beating with the wind and rain. Would tell you more but I can not see outside anymore.

Oh for sure..life before anything else! We all have our fingers crossed for all those poor people being pounded by this rath of god.

Technical problems I can understand, but they should consider sending out an email to affiliates and merchants notifying us of such downtime so we can take appropriate action - not everybody visits GFY or iBill everyday - nor should one have to to find out about downtime.

Drake 09-05-2004 07:21 PM

Their join pages are down for me

moretina999 09-05-2004 07:37 PM

i am using Ibill.com as the credit card processor. since Sep.5th, my web-site can not take any creidt card transaction through ibill.com. I have tried my own 5 credit card, none of them work. all of my credit card are refused by ibill.com.
