MoneyBookers vs. PayPal Epassporte etc.
Been getting some recommendations for MoneyBookers and was shown how to do the buy now button with that system. What do folks here think about the MoneyBookers system?
|
I'm happy with them since they opened (in 2001 I think).
Also they're UK based and have a license and not on some caribian island where nobody could take them to court. |
never heard of them :helpme

Really? They didn't ask me for a passport. I've had a personal account with both epassporte and moneybookers for some time now and had no difficulty signing up for either. Both were kind of difficult to fund though. Epassporte, in my opinion, is easier to fund for a personal account but not for business and I'm looking for a business solution. Moneybookers seems easier to get your money out of. I did so like the PayPal thing where I didn't have to have the money in paypal, just in my bank account or credit card, in order to spend with paypal. With one of the alternatives would set that up. I hate transferring stuff around so it never comes up even. KK, if you are still reading this thread, it would be awesome if you could answer my email about how to set up a buy now button with the epassporte system. |

Paypal has passed the test of time so far... Other than that it's checks and direct deposit for me.
After this epass shit, I ain't fuckin' with no other similar companies, but Paypal... and that's because I've had my Paypal account for about 11 years now or something. Everybody else can eat a dick. Payoneer, moneybookers, revupcard, etc... they can all eat a fat dick. |
Using them for years. Sometimes a withdraw to the bank will take a while but reliable and safe. Also, take a look at ecocard.com

Don't joke around with me like I'm one of your buddies. I probably have more sitting on my epass virtual visa than you've spent in your lifetime homie. And it ain't shit to me. You probably one of them 3rd world muh fuckas who's life just got ruined to the point of suicidal thoughts because epass is gone. Fuck outta here. Shit, my sig prolly earns more per month than you do trying to sell free content. |

I emailed Moneybookers regarding using them for paying adult companies ( not for subscriptions though), this is the responce:
Thank you for contacting Moneybookers Customer Service. We would advise you to read section 16. Compliance with Laws of our Terms and Conditions, where you can see that such payments are not allowed at Moneybookers.com. Do not hesitate to approach us, if you have further questions. |
A lot more people use paypal rather than moneybookers.
|
we havnt ever had a problem with paypal as an adult company ...ever :)
|
Current accounts status:
Netspend - Account fine Epass - VV account frozen - Wallet account fine Paypal - Account fine, $100 in 21 day hold - 3rd account to date Moneybookers - Account opened, never used Neteller - Account opened, never used |
Funny how on paypal you can pay affiliates if you ask them(since they consider that as salary)while on moneybookers they dont wanna do that no matter what.

Moneybookers is a good regulated service but can't be used for adult business and providing you are a real person with real ID etc you shouldn't have a problem with it. You make a p2p payment and they withdraw it to their bank.
Alertpay also cannot be used for adult business but seems to be used by virtually every other scammer too lazy to walk to western union. They did use to work with adult, and it worked fine then and they paid out so I think the service is ok for making and receiving p2p payments that people can withdraw to their bank still. Payoneer is the closest thing to epassporte and works well, although foreign atm charges were higher than epassporte when we last used them. Accounts can only be loaded from sponsors, you can't send P2P. |
I would have a problem dealing with any of them that accept gambling sites. But that is just me.

It always worked fine for me, however I'd recommend it only for medium to large sums, it's not very convenient if you want to withdraw small amounts since you can only request money via check or wire. The upside is it's extremely reliable, they have a real (FAST) support desk and they are insured so you won't lose your money, but it's not the same service than epass or paypal where you could withdraw money immediately.
All things being said, go Moneybookers go! |
I like more PayPal, they sending directly money to the my Czech republic bank biz accounts FOR FREE!!!

Alertpay just told me that I can setup an account to pay adult affliates, but I do have to wait to use the account for subscriptions. Sounds not bad!
