I need a dialer to promote that charges the user less the $5.45AUD a min!..Im hoping to find one for $3.99AUD a min

Looking between $0.50-0.70 on the wm referral.

I thought most dialers charged like $6 - $8 per minute to the user and paid the webmasters like .30 or .40 cents per minute, and some up as high as .70 cents per minute.

Am I out to lunch? (again?)

Mine charges $4.99 a minute..... it's less than $5.45. lol
