Was told they were moving to a new datacenter and things would be back up in 'an hour'. That was 8 hours ago.

DNS servers are dead, non-authoritative servers can't find the host.

Valid name format; No hostname or IP data record was found in the Name Server."

FTP via IP works fine, so it's a DNS issue, but not sure if the DNS servers are being DDOS'd or it's something more serious.
