they suspended my account with money in it and are not sending thru e-checks I did over the past few days that have not cleared because I paid a couple of people who have sex and porn in their paypal email addresses, is this fair?

I think they are shit. Now I have to explain this shit which I don't even think they can do to a few guys.

its a shitty situation, but it has been discussed a while ago, so either your new to the industry - or just forgot to read.

we had copies of their agreements highlighting the adult portion warning that in cases like yourself, it would happen.

just signup for another paypal account with a gmail account and make sure they put the title of the transaction baseball cards :)

I feel for you man, however, using paypal is like handing a finding a theif and handing him your money, rather than him finding you.

Personally i dont think that they should be able to do that for the simple fact that the peple you sent money to were adults!!!
