Epassporte Acct History
 

i just checked my epassporte account history
and it displayed no history at all. Only the following
message was shown:

"You have had no transactions in the last 60 days".

However, if I look at the epassporte email i can
see that i've had lots of transactions in the last 60 days.
I've already send an e-mail to epassorte support but I'm
wondering if anyone else is experiencing this, or am I an isolated case?

Same for me, "You have had no transactions in the last 60 days. ".... but I did one yesterday !

I cant say I've had that problem since they havent got back to me about starting up my account. Its only been 2 months

Just went and checked mine. All is normal, and I have dozens of transactions over the last 60 days.

I just found out I have the same problem

It happened to me last night but it's ok again today not too worry..

I have like 10 transactions per week

I had the same problem but then this morning I had my gigacash in there and it was fine...

I just think it sucks that you can't get transaction history older than 60 days :(

Seems to be in isolated cases, either email [email protected] or drop me a line if it doesn't clear up today, and include your account user id.
