Where is a good place to learn about the Adult Laws for operating a business from these islands? Like Bonaire and Aruba. Been searching the web but nothing yet. Would they fall under the rules of the Dutch? If so, what are thier views.

1 thing I do know is that Bonaire has a nice nude resort, They host a Gay retreat at a couple different resorts and the island has a busy brothal, all would seem to point to an open minded culture..

Yes

Aruba is semi independent, Bonaire is attached to Curacao, St Maarten, Statia and Saba. They have pretty easy law when it comes to online corporation.

Thanks, I have quite a few contacts on Bonaire, and re really enjoy Diving, the climate etc, Spent a couple weeks there this summer and just got back from Aruba last week. Bonaire does have High speed interenet access, and I know I would not have any issues getting a Visa there. Homes are cheap and cost of living is low, people are great. Really a nice island.

I see your in St Maarten, have never been over there, how do you like it?

Actually I own a business there, but I live in Fort Lauderdale.
It's pretty much like Bonaire but with more people and more urbanization...
