Ex-GF calls and wants to return a bunch of shit so her boyfriend will stop getting jealous about it being there. Ex asks if I am going to date her this weekend, I return, I don't know, do I have plans?

If you really care about her not giving up is certainly a good way to show it. I broke up with my gf because I didn't trust her and only got back together because she never gave up. I ignored her for about 2 months and she kept messaging me and leaving me flowers and I new that it really did mean something to her. If you truelly love her don't give up. If she doesn't care about you anymore it won't work, but the only way to really find out is to try. If she does she won't push you away and the other boyfriend will eventually get sick of it. Just my :2 cents:

i would advise being careful with this solution - 99.9% of the girls i know will dump you faster than a warm beer if you annoy them like a sad puppy dog. if this is a test breakup - give her time and room to breathe and let HER figure out she misses you ... dont call, dont do her favors, go on with your life as if it's over :2 cents:

I totally agree with you. Silence is the best weapon. Scarcity increases your value while being ubiquitous reduces it. Moving on with your life is best way to heal anyway. Hopefully I'll regain the ability to eat and sleep within a few weeks... :(
