Guinness Beer

Is it true that it's brewed with beef?

NaughtyRob 12-24-2004 01:31 PM

How would you brew beer with beef? I would think that would taste very very fowl when it was done fermenting

No idea. Someone mentioned it and wasn't sure what the deal was with that.

Thank you, it just leaves more for me.

Guinness makes a good marinade for filet mignon :)

baddog 12-24-2004 01:48 PM

BTW, it isn't really "beer," it is a stout ale, and should be treated as such.

It is even better with fish and chips, which shows its diversity.

iBanker 12-24-2004 02:09 PM

I love it. There is no way it could be brewed with beef...lol....it would go bad in the fermenting process...

yuvalus 12-24-2004 02:28 PM

There isn't any beef in it. That is fairly funny though. Guiness has it's time and place like any other drink. I almost like Killkenny more. THere is something nice about being able to draw a happy face in the head and it still being there when you are done drinking it.

keno003 12-24-2004 02:55 PM

haha...never heard abt that...maybe with coal...lol :frenchman

I love Guinness and I assure you it is not brewed with beef

interesting fact:

Guinness has less carbs, and calories than even "light" beers such as bud light, michelobe etc...

Napolean 12-24-2004 03:02 PM

no reason to spend that much money on beer

if alcohol tastes good and gets you drunk, its a girly drink
if alcohol burns like fuck going down and gets you drunk, its a mans drink

beer is in between, doesnt taste good, but doesnt burn going down.. but it gets the job done.. why spend $20 on a 12 pack that doesnt taste "as bad" as a 12 pack for $3 that both will get you drunk just as fast?

bizmak 12-24-2004 03:54 PM

that's why I drink only skopsko

UniversalPassLorence 12-24-2004 03:56 PM
