Chinese and Indian stock market. Of course, you have to have balls of steel ... but these economies are on FIRE right now.

well to be honest here in sd cali i wouldnt have less then 100k to get property

becuz the average home is around 400k

what's the delight ? do you need to save the money or you want to do some agressive more risky but more high-return investments ?

go with stocks... blue chips if you need to save it....
and try some small & midi-caps if you want some "pepper" in your investment :)

Average ROI in this industry is 2 years.
With lots of luck you could find deals with ROI of 8 months which so far for me proved to be the bare minimum.

REal Estate ..cant make more money in a shorter period of time right now :thumbsup
