Chameleon Submitter Problem

Hello guys, I have a major problem with this submitter..

While I am starting it after installing, I'm getting error :

Cannot Open Database
Class Not Registered

As in the chameleon's member section download page writes:
"Click here if the interface between the software and the database does not function correctly to install the MDAC 2.6 and Jet 4.0 support modules."

.. I have installed both, mdac 2.6 and jet 4.0, but it doesn't helped, still getting this same error..

Any of you guys had similar problem and knows the solution ? Btw. my OS is Windows 2k server.

Thanks,
BastarD
