Ferrari 360 Spyder sold for $210.00

Must be an eBay Newbie. LOL. I'm guessing he did not honor this auction although the buyer left positive feedback. I'd have paid $220.00. :thumbsup

Wow, you're not the brightest crayon in the box.

Furious_Male 02-21-2005 12:11 PM

What am I missing here.

The seller left the buyer this feedback

"Straight shooter, rapid response, smooth deal! Great transaction!"

What the hell?? Something isnt right.

Nice car... for a girl.

dubsix 02-21-2005 12:12 PM

hey I know that dealership!

It's near my house :) My wife makes us go there quite often because she wants an Austin Martin db7 vanquish.....

That auction can't possibly be legit that "company" selling the car is in california and the car and that picture are in Alpharetta, Georgia..... That's the ferrari of atlanta dealership in alpharetta on highway 9 :)

Mogulman 02-21-2005 12:14 PM

While I doubt its legit, it could be one of those crazy ass revenge sales. There was one lady who divorced her husband and then sold his entire baseball card collection, reportedly worth thousands upon thousands, for like $500 just to piss the guy off.

dubsix 02-21-2005 12:14 PM

oh,

and the car is relisted here :)

Its probably for fake feedback. Have some hacked accounts, get high feedback on them, start scamming.

Sean 02-21-2005 12:19 PM

errr.. you mean a v12 vanquish? as far as I know there's a db7 and a vanquish, they're two separate items.

on a different note... not related to the aston martin, I bet that sale wouldn't even be honored by the state. most places have laws that cars must be purchases for Fair market value, to prevent people from using fraud to avoid taxes

DateDoc 02-21-2005 10:21 PM

The fair market value applies to the taxes you have to pay when you register the car in your state. You could have bought it for $210.00 but your state can charge you a tax rate based on what the car is worth. They can't void the sale because you made a mint.

Rochard 02-21-2005 11:12 PM

You fucking idiots - Haven't you figured out yet that nothing on the damn internet is real? This is marketing. I wonder how many page views that sale has gotten, and how many people have seen those other cars listed.

Satisfaction 02-22-2005 12:02 AM

what a bargain
