wanna make use of my weights

only like weights but i bought them a few years back and havent used them much. Im meant to be growing at my age but ive lost half a stone in the last few months and i feel weaker, need to get into shape. Anyone know any good sites for a home workout program, i have

a couple of dumbells with about 16k of weights (nothing bigger)
an exercise bike
running shoes

anyone wanna help

im using a wooden pole at the moment instead of paying for a bar so i can use both arms. as you can see i know nothing about lifting.

Dont say join a gym, dont like those places.

Buy a bar and some weights and do:
Deadlifts, bench presses, rows, calf raises, squats, military presses, upright rows, skull crushers, chin-ups, curls, hamstring raises and shrugs.

10 sets of 3 reps, 5 sets of 5 reps, 3 sets of 8 reps - mix them up, workout every other day and eat a ton of meat, oatmeal, fruit, vegetables, healthy fats and you're ready to grow :)

Good, remember to do the big, basic exercises; they will give you much more bang for the buck. Pasta isn't bad, but I wouldn't gorge on it if I were you. Ideally you would eat it together with protein right after training when the body needs it the most. Also, there's tons of free information over at [url=http://www.t-nation.com]T-nation[url] as well.

how about just using them everyday?
its not rocket science. just work different muscles with as much weight as you can tolerate without hurting yourself...increase weights as time goes on.
