How are things with you. Has divorce proceedings begun? What is the sitrep for the "neighbor from hell"? Do you have a job now?

I have been very happy since he left. My life has fallen apart but I just know things will come together and I will one day meet someone special. I met a hot construction owner last friday that I hope sticks around for awhile.. :)

I have lost some weight and wear a smaller pants size than I have ever worn. :)


The neighbor from hell has been very nice since hubby left. I guess she figured out that it was the psycho on the other side of her that was pretending to be me online. I have NO anger for her anymore although I know what she has done in the past and has cost me lots of money.

I did not sign hub's divorce papers cause he was trying to do it in Sacto county while living in Placer so he was served a couple of weeks ago with papers from my attorney. I had to do a separation until it is 3 months then switch.

He has cut us off from any money for food and was late paying the house payment. Today, someone was parked out side the place with a tow. I think he was trying to snag the 69 cougar but did not expect me to be home

It's going to get nasty cause his girlfriend is behind his actions. There is about 350k equity in my home that she wants to get her hands on.

I am looking for a better job while studying for real estate. I have had a job since Oct. What I do online won't be discussed since the asshole and his skank probably watch this board.

I am at peace for the first time in my life since I met my hub. :)

What's new with you ?

Good...it sounds as if you are moving on with life. Unless you can buy your husband out...you will probably be forced to sell the home...and the proceeds will be divided equally...assuming he pushes for it.

Not much new with me. I and the dogs...go fishing frequently...I work on my sites...I post on the board...I watch the boob tube and I read an occasional book. I used to be a voracious reader but the pain level makes it difficult to concentrate so I do not read as much anymore. I am planning on a week or ten day trip in August...to attend a reunion.

BTW how are the girls coping?

Actually, the house was obtained with money from a house my grandparents gave us and the equity is from the sale of that house so the first 100k is from my grandparents. It is the only reason there is alot of equity in the place.

Hub was going to give me the house if I did not take any alimony but now his gf is yanking his balls so who knows.


My oldest is doing very well. We have gone to a few concerts and a rodeo together.. The 16th year old is not doing as well.. Hub is playing the using her as a go between game...

Yeah, I moved on after two weeks.. hehehe.. I doubt I will get serious with anyone soon. IT seems like everyone just after a piece of ass in the single life...
