question about some ones trademark....
 

this guy that i dont know lets say trademarked the word "kooni" which is a persian word.
legally would i be able to use club kooni az my business name ?
i mean when you trademark the word no one can use like "kooni entertainment"

why not ask ask your lawyer

What does the guy that trademarked the word use it for?

when i was searching in the trademark
i saw that there are 2 classifications
1 is the class code
2 is the goods and services

would i be able to trademark a similar name in the same class code ?
or i still would be able to use the same class code but not that particular goods or sevices

let me say this again

lets say some one trademarks "apexaholic"
they register it in class 041 which has to do with entertainment and good and services is "Entertainment, namely live music concerts"

now lets say dr. evil throws a club and calls it "club apexaholic" which under definition "night club is in class 041 but diffrent goods and services"
my question is that would dr.evil be able to trade mark this in the same class number under a diffrent goods and services .. or does he need to change the whole entire class?
