Revised 2257 and affiliate programs...

The content I am offering my affiliates was shot in 2002-2003 and it is all pictures of me. Based on the revised 2257, can someone please let me know what information I need to make available to my affiliates?

according to the 2257 seminar at internext any contend produced before the changes came in in june 2005 is EXEMPT from current 2257 laws and is governed by the pre-june25 2257 laws...

which, to me basically means any existing content is fine and no record keeping changes are needed by law.

then again, im no lawyer...you are best to go see one as gfy advice is not always the best ;)
