Good news..hopeful for a speedy recovery

I didn't have quite the same outlook as you. In January of 2002 I returned from Internext and my grandmother was at OHSU. She never recovered.

I've always heard great things about that hospital but after my first experience.....That's all I could think about.

Good luck to her - the crucial days are just ahead and I hope she makes it through them all.

Glad to see everything is going well. Members of my family have has some serious surgerys over the last week. Everything went great thank goodness. So good to hear things went well here.

AaronM knows this but just to clarify, that was not the hospitals fault...the illness was irreversible.

Just got home from visiting Carol and she is looking pretty good for having all those tubes ect attached. She just came off the respirator and she is doing fine.
