7x24= 168 hrs in one week
168x60=10080 minutes in one week
$25000/10080= $2.48 per minute
$2.48x10= $24.80 for ten minutes

25K plus there was an old policy that you have to be an existing advertiser for x months. I'm not sure if the rule is still in place.
