I used to live near Upper Saddle River, with only a few exeptions you can't get a decent house for under $1.2 mil now. Bergen County has NJ's best schools, excellent proximity to NYC and really the best of everything that NJ has to offer.

Other nice towns in the area are

Franklin Lakes
Ridgewood
Saddle River
Upper Saddle River
Ho-Ho-Kus

I remember when MTV played music. I feel old.

His brother probaly bought it for him.

I know hes still not sitting on Run DMC money...and being a reverend doesn't pay that much.

He did a deal with his brother for his own shoe line 5 years ago. The royalties from that have made him a millionaire many times over.

shit 650 k here in my town will get you a very nice home.

500k here and you have the best town in the area. Unless your talking house and acres of land.

I grew up in Paramus, Saddle River is like a few towns over !

I am pretty sure Bergen County is still one of the richest " Counties " in the country. Towns like Alpine really bring up the value.

HoHoKus is quite a rich town as well.

I grew up in Passaic County.
