This is day 4 or 5 for me and my girlfriend. Kinda rough but it's coming along. Just remember this, the cravings only last for about 3-5 minutes. If you can get through them, you're good.

Quit a few years ago. Picked it back up for about 18 months while on the road. Once I got settled back home again, I quit cold-turkey. Now I can even be a social smoker, on occasion, without feeling the need to pick it back up.

Day 5 for me.. Is HORRIBLE !!! Goodluck to you !

and I love my ciggies.. but kills my skin and healthy lifestyle so.. I do keep the tequilla though LOL

But it is hard..

toddler 01-18-2006 03:30 PM

Its hell. Though the wife and I went from a pack a day each to a half a pack in the last week. SHe's down to like 5, I'm at 1-3 now. Also set up a gym membership this week so we can start swimming and lifting...yay. Its hell when you work from home though, as no one can see you cheat....

Social smoking is ok. It's hard not to have one when you're drinking drinks and your friends are smoking

amandaspost 01-18-2006 03:36 PM
