What car to get?

Looking at either a Maserati Ghibli or a Lancia Delta. Still need to do a lot of saving up but I'd love one of these.

polish_aristocrat 03-27-2006 09:41 AM

buy one of them, keep it 20 years and sell for profit ;-)

I once had a Ghibli and they are nice cars but prepare to spend alot of time and money in the garage. They're not very reliable. Save yourself the hassle and go for the Lancia Delta.

I've found a very nice one!! Just need to raise an extra 3000 from what I have so far. Anyone have any good ideas on how to make 3000 the quickest way (legal).

d_train 03-27-2006 06:43 PM

the second car looks more decent

Nylz 03-27-2006 07:30 PM

Ghibli :)

Just get something way less than you can afford. Then everyone will thing you're wealthy and very frugal! So go for an old Volvo.. The chicks will be nipping at your cock. Have an item or two that is your trade mark that obviously cost plenty. If you have to fake it out, everyone will assume it is real. Like a big diamond.

they look pretty much the same to me :(
I don't know much about cars... I'm a truck girl!

DutchTeenCash 03-27-2006 07:38 PM

both moneyeaters

a hf integrale is nice for sure ghibli too, I know a guy who has a maserati garage and he curses when they come in, always the same, 25yo guys with a 228 nagging bout maintainence costs

get a decent one really Ive had cars that costed 10 times on maintainence its really not worth it unless you have a decent first car and use them as a hobby

Vitasoy 03-28-2006 04:40 AM

from those two, the 2nd one

Dagwolf 03-28-2006 04:42 AM

#2 looks better but I don't think I'd go for either....

Sam Granger 03-28-2006 07:20 AM

Spunky 03-28-2006 07:23 AM

Downtime 03-28-2006 08:37 AM

I know but at least it's cheaper. You know what just go for a Volvo. They rock.

babalapoulos 03-28-2006 09:33 AM

Get the Ghibli, it's by far the coolest car.

I've always wanted to buy a Maserati Merak but never had the guts because of the maintenance costs.. They do look kinda nifty though.. :)

If you want to go for a slightly reliable Italian, go for Alfa.

spideriux 03-28-2006 09:44 AM
