How to build a mainstream/adult design company?
 

I have the infrastructure, designers, management, billing, everything... We're ready to start doing massive design and hosting jobs... the question is, how the hell do you start getting clients rolling in? Everyone that contacts us flakes out or is a total troll wanting the sky for zilch..

Please HELP!!!

google adwords, and other SE payperclicks.
Also, word of mouth, so start designing at very low prices, and make a name for yourself!

The adwords for design are like 10 bucks per click.. OUTRAGEOUS!!!!

posting on forums like these (adult webmaster based) also helps!

-Offer free designs to add in your new portfolio and to help spread word.
-Advertise on webmaster forums.
-Have special deals on certain design packages and cater to webmasters who need those designs.

offer up a discounted rate to build your portfolio

hit shows
stay in touch with all major boards
build a large contact list
