Bumping an old-ish thread. Anybody know if it is safe to work as an adult webmaster in Malta? Will only be running sites, blogs, seo, etc. No photographing or filming models. Any ideas???????????

True ... but since it's an adult convention, and it will be a tax write-off for many parties involved, you'd think Malta "might" be an ok working-venue.

Would love some facts though before I look deeper into Malta possibilities.

the tax write off will not happen under malta tax law, malta itself is not a bit involved officially, other than it's happening on their isle

A US company, for instance, may choose to write off the trip and associated expenditures as a write-off. Since it takes place outside US, I'm not sure it's possible, just hypothesising.

In any case, the fact they have an adult webmaster convention is encouraging, if not a full answer to the question.

What do you think? Or anyone else?
