I hate companies that take payment off your card when you told them not to. when you phone them up they call you liers and stick to there story its like talking to a brick wall.

Please tell me your problems you have had paying for services on the internet.

lol well thats fraud. which company has done this.

another thing to note is that if you send off an email and think they received it with no confirmation then you have no proof. so the company will stick to there guns based on the knowledge shown to them on the computer lol
