Is Von Dutch still trendy brand or its gone for good?

Von Dutch died some time ago and obviously doesn't profit from any of the sales of those goods now. I think his relatives own the brand name and I've never heard of them sharing his fucked up beliefs.

I've always disliked the Dutch, I think it comes from the completely unwarranted arrogance and distasteful boistrousness portrayed by Dutch-originating South Africans, so when I first saw this "Von Dutch" label, I was naturally repelled, and accordingly, repelled from any who chose to consume their products.

This of course has absolutely no bearing on how "fashionable" their products are. How the hell anyone is actually expected to quantify such an intangible concept is beyond me, but regardless of this, I advise you avoid their products, as I won't like them, and keeping me happy is really important, and stuff. Yeah. And stuff.
