Honestly it depends on who you murdered. If you murdered a pretty and rich white girl, your pretty much fucked (kill a pretty rich white girl and your ass is on fox news quicker than you can say viva las vegas). If you murdered just about anybody else you shouldn't have any trouble fleeing the country.
