We're supposed to do a phone call, but more and more I get mad. Don't take facts and twist them.

1. We arranged exclusivity and knew about the strap on weeks ago. We worked that out with Bubba, the man who owns the show, the person whose studio it is. We would never want that scene on the top of your website.

2. You sat outside voluntarily. Cameras not being able to be there have nothing to do with security, or you just being there to observe. You told me privately your girls aren't assertive enough to say no, yet you stick them on Bubba and sit outside? You're own wife was role-playing with Melissa the whole time. So how do you blame Melissa or us?

3. Eat your crow. Melissa wasn't wrong at all. You shot from the hip. I'll quote you "Melissa was clearly hate fucking her without any concern for Brooke's safety and literally fucked her until she was bruised and torn." Yes, that exact remark is in his post. 4. Melissa and us had no fault in this. If you're too stupid to see that, then its bound to happen again.

5. I have apologized many times I was sorry Brooke got hurt and it was never intended. You're retraction was half-assed. Admit you were completely wrong with respect to us and the original thread. Admit you shot off from the hip and acted totally unprofessional in a way to completely harm and damage our company. Then maybe we can put this behind us. That is what this is about, you blaming Melissa for your own deficiencies.

I have a feeling Mike will never truly apologize. After we posted the video, he was supposed to help clear our name, but all he did was continue it. This whole thing is about his attack on us, something he doesn't seem to realize. Our beef is not particularly about Brooke, and we truly do feel sorry it happened. This is about Mike attacking us and never doing a good job to clear our name.

Mike, how many times did I already say I felt sorry the whole incident happened, and that Brooke got hurt. It still doesn't erase the fact you attacked us blaming us for it.

Btw, you don't see me saying I'm apologizing because I got a phone call to put it to rest. That is because this is how I have genuinely felt, and continue to genuinely feel. I don't like seeing people get hurt, yet you hurt my model after the fact with no good cause.

after reading everything, i can say only this.

in this situation, had i agreed to take girls on that show and not been allowed to film or be in the studio, there wouldn't have even been anything to film.

i'd have either not booked them at all for the show OR if blindsided with news of not being allowed in the studio with them when i showed up, i'd have packed them all in the car and gone back home.

edit: there is always the third side of the story that happened behind the scenes that no one knows about but the parties involved. therefore, my comments are made in speculation to what that may have been when they set up the agreement to go on the show.

I'm making it a point here to show, I'm not afraid to show sympathy for the other party or apologize. I said it many times yesterday. I will, however, not apologize for Melissa's behavior, as we did nothing wrong.

You guys are both placing yourselves in a bad light.
Move on to speaking on the phone and off the boards or seek legal council.
The first thing they will tell you is get off the boards anyways about this.

I wasn't there. Our camera man was there who has little experience, and Mayor thinks he's the one its on, yet Mayor could've been there the whole time, just without a camera. My models know and understand how to say NO when they are in an uncomfortable situation, or else I wouldn't put them on Bubba to begin with. I also educated Melissa about the possible pressure of going on a show like that

Mike said he trusted Bubba. Once again, I understand Mike is mad his model is hurt, that is never the intention or desire of anyone. However, he took out the blame on us, and it wasn't our fault. He needs to apologize and just be done with it. I don't know how many more times I can say I'm sorry the event happened. We're supposed to do a phone call, then I read his fact thread and get ridiculously upset about the out of context stuff he takes and twists.

Is anyone going to sue anyone regarding this?

from what i've read and seen Mayor's beef should be leaning toward bubba most of all, he is the man in charge of the show and from what it looked like he was pushing girls like no one else.

Midwest crew did wrong by not doing anything about Brooke being uncomfortable, although they're not formally responsible for her.
Mellisa's banning of Mayor's camera was also wrong and unreasonable (you could have cross promoted each other if you both shoot the scene)

And furthermore, what REALLY disgusts me, is that this whole issue has become about Melissa's hurt feelings about TEXT, and not about the physical injury, which is what everybody should be focussing on.

Intentional on Melissa's part or not, Brooke got hurt. Bottom line, she is injured. Bottom line, she tried to get things to stop, and bottom line, things didn't stop.

Mayor has every right to be upset. Certainly moreso than the other side does IMO

The problem lies that she seemed to be enjoying it the whole time (even saying they could go deeper). I am sure every girl, who is not a virgin, has gone through pain from sex. It is a fact of life.
