Any Sponsors share Model Identifications?
Are there any sponsors who will share model identifications with a U.S. "secondary producer" so the producer can legally show explicit banners, build free sites, etc.?
I am particularly interested in anything super-hardcore or "extreme." |

We definitely have the extreme part down... as for the ID situation, we would be happy to host your free sites, etc. for you, eilminating the need for ID's.

I actually already promote ExtremeBank sites and I would LOVE to have model information for those. I have a link site. I'd like to put explicit thumbnails and explicit banners on it to get more click-through.

We'll host anything you want. For privacy/security reasons we don't give affiliates model releases.

We probably aren't what you're looking for, though some of our 18 year olds do look like girls, but we also host any pages/content etc that our affiliates want to use to promote their sites to avoid the sticky 2257 issues.
In California, as in a number of other states, it's a violation of state privacy laws to release a model's information without his/her written permission, which is why so many sponsors won't do it. IF the injunction is overturned or the final rules for 4472 are published, then Federal law will overrule state privacy protections, but until that happens, sponsors are in a legal never never land, and any affiliate who is posting explicit content (which, by the way, is redefined in 4472 to include a lot more things than before) without docs on hand is taking a pretty big risk. |
naughty america does
why dont other sponsors do i know cause of privacy/security reason some want give out info but if you sign a Confidential Disclosure it should be ok |
It's tricky... At least in California, you can't legally disclose ID info to anyone else even with an NDA. We do have language in our releases for content shot after1/05 granting us permission to release it, but I'm told that even that isn't bulletproof.
If I'm not mistaken, Naughty America doesn't have a lot of models since their focus is their solo (and Jake and Allie) sites so they are in a somewhat different position. It's a mess, I hope that FSC and Justice come to some resolution, or the case gets heard so there will be some definitive rulings. |
naughty america isn't naughty bank

I've persuaded some amateur-run sites to give me model identification, but that only gets me so far.
The rules are so fucking stupid. If they were trying to protect kid -- instead of harass the industry -- all they would require is that the secondary producer know where the content came from and be able to direct the justice department to the custodian of records for the primary producer. |

I joined the Blazing Bucks program based on the recommendation in this thread and downloaded some free content.
They give you the I.D. for the girl, but not for the guy in the scene! Hellooooo . . . I've written to them about it. Will be interesting to see what they say. |
