good luck. i was just sitting in a chair a couple of months ago and all of a sudden my back was killing me. it was the weirdest thing. i told my doctor and she didn't seem to care. it eventually went away on its own but damn did it suck while waiting for it to..

Actually recently I bought myself a brand new chair and it's a lot better on my back then my last one so I'm staisfied with it....
Going to buy a new matress in a few days and to the docs too.

Oracle, do you have a link for the chair you bought? I'm looking for a better chair myself. I've been having lower back problems. I've had it before, not that often... but when you get it, it's a pain! I was told also to get a heated pad to lie on. There's loads of seat cushions to choose from as well, hard to know which is best. Anyone have any links for that? For lower back support?
