I find sleeping pills may knock you out, but I don't really feel rested when I wake up. I feel just as tired after waking up from sleeping pills as i did before.

Well... Casa Nova if you need to get to sleep perhaps you should try counting sheep or perhaps ladies... ^^

I get up @ 07.30 every morning, so insomnia is really not a problem for me!
