Using images on designs
 

Hi guys, quick question.

Can I use a image from penthouse (example) in a banner for a design that I am doing for myself. As long as I have a link on the site saying 'credit to penthouse for the header image' and linking to penthouse.com

Is that ok to do or is it frowned upon?

What program owner would let someone use thier content to make a banner for use with another different program?

Think he means a header for his main site, I have seen a few do this
