I have good servers, so the user number on each servers do not matter as long as the load is low.

Ill sell www.ricochettechnologies.com no accounts, but good design, appears reputable.

Yes it is, Its a very good buy, the profit margin is very high on virtual hosting accounts, add an extra $22k onto your total revenue which requires almost no expense.

Total bandwidth use by all the accounts do not amount more then 5-6 mb/s

Transition will be well assisted.

Another thing is, we host a lot of non-adult clients, almost 75% which keeps our bandwidth usage very low.

Obviously this is not adult hosting

adult hosting this would be a disaster

and adult hosting you would have more like 250K rev. a month

but regardless its a great buy for the right guy

DanielD, I may be interrested. I would obviously need to see all of the pertinant records for the past 3 months, ie; bandwith stats, accounting records etc..... And a ball park estimate of what you are asking for it. Also does this include the "4" servers. and what exactly are these 4 servers???

Having dealt with non adult hosting clients before.. I would say that in my opinion the offer is "iffy". If the clients require 50% less work then any of the non adult clients I have dealt with, then perhaps it is a decent offer. However, most non adult clients know absolutely jack shit about anything and as the host you end up being the office tech support as well as the host tech support.

that's why you hire people to do the tech support instead of you doing it yourself

1600 joe surfer non-adult accounts is NO problem at all for 4 servers, you could even do that on one server. Obviously not everyone who has a website is getting 100,000's of visitors a day

If the servers have a solid, complete setup & Cpanel or another good control panel it should be managable by one person

1) we only provide email support to these clients, so thats easily handled.

2) Profit margin is 75-80% you can do the math :)

3) price is 10x monthlyrevenue.
