Hotels in Kaanapali with Internet?
 

Anyone know what are the best hotels in Lahaina / Kaanapali Maui?

Internet access is a MUST!

When I was there as a kid we went to the Maui Surf. Is it still around?

Try the Marriott. We were there last Jan. I used a dial-up. Some Marriotts have ISDN, I can't remember if this one did, but it didn't matter to me 'cuz I won't pay them their $10.00/day just to check e-mail.

The Maui Surf is still there also.

Yah I just found out it is now the Maui Westin, $325 / night.



What would anyone recommend?

Depends on what you're willing to spend and if you "have" to be on the beach.

you could always use one of the Internet cafes in Lahaina....

Also, don't worry about the internet access. All you need is a phone. Call 800-733-5638 and talk to AlohaOn-Line. They can give you a guest subscription for something like $9.95, good for 1 month. They have local dial-up numbers for most of the islands. I used them for both Maui and Kauai.
