how do you get a site to be a PR1? i have a huge network of PR0 sites, i just can't figure out how to break out and hit the big time.

you have to get good backlinks from PR3 site to get PR1, or certain numbers of pr1 pr2 backlinks to get pr1, somewhere on net is written those numbers.
