Outlook Express help!!! Where are the stored mailed?
This is the path Outlook tells me it's in:
C:\Documents and Settings\Dee\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{445BA929-0754-421E-B2F9-D5F440A69141}\Microsoft\Outlook Express However, the last folder you can see is "445BA929-0754-421E-B2F9-D5F440A69141" and once that is open, there is nothing more inside. Folders are set to show system files and hidden folders and files. What gives? |
Please open you Outlook,
Click "extra" at the top. Click "options" Click Tab "support"/ "maintenance" Or something similair, can't tell you exactly, cos i don't running a English version, but Dutch. You can see there, a button "archive-Directory" (or something similair) When you click on this button, it shows you the exact dir to you archive directory. *A other option is : use the search function in Windows, and search for ".dbx" ~ Renaldo, |
Make sure you are able to see hidden and system files....
|
search ".dbx"
